Dr. Hsinwen Chang
A Distinguished Professor and Dean in the College of Tourism, Chung-Hua University, Taiwan. With years of professional teaching and research experience, Chang has been engaged for many years in events management, tourism development and especially in bicycles as a means of transportation for tourism.
Ms.Dee Dee Quah
The Director of Medical Conference Partners.Dee Dee has organised over 45 conferences in the past 12 years. She is the founder and director of Medical Conference Partners which she started 12 years ago in her home; and today, the company has 10 employees and organises world congresses.
